About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Item 8 of the Regulations on civil defense in the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 26, 2007 No. 804 "About approval of the Regulations on civil defense in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 49, Art. 6165; 2015, No. 47, Art. 6595; 2019, No. 40, Art. 5570).
2. Declare invalid the subitem "e" of Item of 3 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2019 No. 1274 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 40, the Art. 5570).
3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.
