Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following change:
to state paragraph two of part 4 of Article 27 in the following edition:
"Return of the state fee is made by bodies of treasury for the place of its transfer in the budget based on court resolution before the expiration of one year from the date of its introduction in legal force.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
