I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 28, 2018 No. 53/Tax Code "About Approval of Rules of Forming and Maintaining the Register of the Confidential Software and Products of the Electronic Industry, and also Criteria on Inclusion of the Software and Products of the Electronic Industry in the Register of the Confidential Software and Products of the Electronic Industry" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 16750) the following changes:
in Rules of forming and maintaining the register of the confidential software and products of the electronic industry, and also criteria on inclusion of the software and products of the electronic industry in the register of the confidential software and products of the electronic industry approved by the specified order:

"3. The register is kept for the purpose of implementation of requirements of ensuring information security for defense of the country and safety of the state.
Inclusion in the register is classified by the form and to appointment according to the Rules of classification of objects of informatization approved by the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 28, 2016 No. 135 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13349).
