About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About National Bank of Tajikistan"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About National Bank of Tajikistan" of June 28, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, Art. 435; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 409, Art. 410; 2018, No. 7-8, of Art. 531; 2019, No. 7, Art. 474; 2020, Art. No. 7-9, 627) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 2:

- in the paragraph the twenty seventh to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with paragraphs the twenty eighth and twenty ninth the following content:

"-monetary (monetary) policy - one of primary branches of macroeconomic policy of the state realized for achievement of main objective of National Bank of Tajikistan by means of use of means of monetary (monetary) policy;

- securities of National Bank of Tajikistan - one of means of monetary (monetary) policy which is issued in national currency by means of entry in the separate account of depositary of National Bank of Tajikistan for the purpose of regulation of money supply in economy and managements of the level of short-term solvency of the credit financial institutions.".

2. In Article 4:

- in paragraph one of the word "and his deputies" to replace with sign and words ", his first deputy and deputies";

- word in paragraph three of "the annual statement of National Bank of Tajikistan and audit opinion" shall be replaced with words "the annual statement and audit opinion on the financial reporting of National Bank of Tajikistan";

- in paragraph four the word of "forecast" shall be replaced with words "information on the main directions".
