3. Liquidation commission in accordance with the established procedure to finish questions on liquidation of the State unitary insurance enterprise Tochiksarmoyaguzor of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan intermediate and final liquidation balance sheets for approval.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2015 No. 187 "About the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following changes:

- of the State unitary insurance enterprise Tochiksarmoyaguzor to exclude from the fourth paragraph of Item 12 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2015 No. 187, of the word";
