To perform financing of State educational institution "Presidential Lyceum for Gifted Pupils of Tajikistan" and preschool educational institution under State educational institution "Presidential Lyceum for Gifted Pupils of Tajikistan" at the expense of means of education and the special account.

4. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan to resolve in accordance with the established procedure organization-legal and financial issues of the specified organizations.

5. No. 356 "About creation of Republican lyceum boarding school for exceptional children in the city of Dushanbe" to exclude item 4 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 24, 1995.
