About introduction of amendments to article 123.22 of part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation

Item 6 to add 2) with the new paragraph third the following content:
"In case of liquidation of autonomous organization in case of insufficiency of property of autonomous organization on which according to paragraph one of this Item collection can be turned subsidiary responsibility according to the obligations of autonomous organization following from the public agreement is born by the owner of property of autonomous organization.".
