About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Bankruptcy"

Article 1. Article 4 of the Law of December 25, 2006 ZR-51-N "About bankruptcy" (further - the Law) to add with part 4.1 following of content:
"4.1. The court on cases on bankruptcy returns the action for declaration submitted within proceeedings about bankruptcy if case on the bases of this Article is not subject to consideration in court on cases on bankruptcy.".
Article 2. In article 11 of the Law:
The Item "in" parts 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"c) in case of giving by the debtor who is the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur, statements for forced bankruptcy or statements for voluntary bankruptcy - the offer on the candidate for the interim manager or on consent to leave the choice behind court.";
To add 2) with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. In case of submission by physical person of the statement for voluntary bankruptcy the debtor does not present the candidacy of the interim manager, both the choice of the candidate and appointment of the managing director are performed according to the procedure, established by parts 6 and 7 of article 22 of this Law.".
Article 3. Regarding 2.1 articles 13 of the Law the word of "debtor" shall be replaced with words "the debtor who is the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur".
Article 4. Add the law with Article 13.1 of the following content:
"Article 13.1. Receipt of data through electronic information system
1. The court through single electronic information system can receive from other bodies and persons of the data, necessary for consideration of the case.
