About entering of amendments into the Law "About Public Service"

Article 1. In article 5 of the Law "About Public Service" of March 23, 2018 ZR-206 (further - the Law):

Part 6 after the words "making of new appointment" to add 1) with the words "or the expiration, established by this part for implementation of new appointment (reassignment)";

To add 2) with part 6.1 following of content:

"6.1. In time, provided by part 6 of this Article, the acting as is renominated to the position without dismissal or relieved of the post in case of new appointment. In case of non-compliance with new appointment or reassignment in the specified time, the acting as is relieved of the post based on the individual legal act adopted by person having the right to appoint and dismiss".

Article 2. In article 6 of the Law:

To add 1) In part 3 after the words "making of new appointment" with the words "or the expiration, established by this part for implementation of new appointment (reassignment)";

To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. In time, provided by part 3 of this Article, the acting as is renominated to the position without dismissal or relieved of the post in case of new appointment.
