About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Military Service and the Status of the Serviceman"

Article 1. Add part 4 of article 5 of the Law of November 15, 2017 with ZR-195 "About military service and the status of the serviceman" (further - the Law) Items 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:
"1. 1) for the citizens specified regarding 1.1 articles 19 of this Law - 12 months;
1. 2) for the citizens specified regarding 1.2 articles 19 of this law in the terms established by this part;".
Article 2. Add part 1 of article 19 of the Law with parts 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:
1.1. Also the male citizens aged up to 37 years who obtained citizenship of the Republic of Armenia in the procedure established by the law on reaching 27 years and passed or did not pass military service in other state for the term of less than 12 months or alternative service for the term of less than 18 months before receipt of citizenship of the Republic of Armenia or did not pass such service aged up to 37 years are subject to appeal on obligatory military service of ordinary structure. The citizen specified in this part in case of discrepancy to the conditions established by parts 1, of the 2 and 5 Article 21, parts 1, 2 both 3 Articles 23 and part 1 of article 24 of this law can instead of passing of obligatory military service or alternative service for a period of 12 months in the terms established by the law of the Republic of Armenia "About alternative service" to bring in the government budget of the Republic of Armenia of two million five hundred thousand dram of the Republic of Armenia and to be exempted from obligatory military service.
