About entering of amendments and changes into the Bankrupcy law

Article 1. Item 1 of part 2 of article 3 of the Law "About Bankruptcy" of December 25, 2006 to add ZR-51 (further - the Law) with the subitem "d" of the following content:
"e) the requirement follows from the obligation on tax payment and other payments which arose by law concerning physical person, and the debtor does not prove that it has good causes for objection against this requirement, at the same time for collection of the specified obligation the solution which took legal effect or sentence, or the administrative act which became not subject to appeal is not required;".
Article 2. To add part 3 of article 6 of the law after the words "except for" with the words "in the case provided by the subitem "d" of Item 1 of part 2 of article 3 of this law and also".
Article 3. Regarding the 2nd article 19 of the Law:
1) the first offer after the word "except for" to add with words "checks and investigations which were begun or the order on which were published before the publication of the decision on recognition of the debtor by the bankrupt on the official site of judicial authority, and also";

Article 4. Add the law with Article 20.2 of the following content:
"Article 20.2. Terms of appeal of the acts which are subject to appeal
1. The terms of appeal of court resolutions estimated by the days provided by this law do not join non-working days, stipulated by the legislation.".
