About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on January 16, 2024

Article 1. State part 4 of article 129.2 of the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 in the following edition:

"If person who made administrative offense in the case specified in part 2 of this Article eliminates offense signs within 24 hours from the moment of detection of offense by authorized body (official), it is exempted from obligation of payment of 75 percent of the ordered to pay fine".

Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication.
