Pt – expense amount of the subject in the separate directions, childbirth of loads, types of railway vehicles and depending on distance of the transportations connected with provision of services of the high-level railway networks, considered in the approved rate for year of t, tenge;
At – the depreciation charges considered in the approved rate for year of t, tenge;
