About modification of some regulations (reduction in legislation compliance in the field of road transport)

List of amending documents

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Code of road transport No. 150/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 247-248, 568), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) This code determines the rights, obligations and responsibility of the public bodies and organizations responsible for the organization and control of activities for motor transportation transportations and the activities accompanying motor transportation transportations, persons performing activities for motor transportation transportations or the activities accompanying motor transportation transportations and also other participants performing such types of activity.".

"the program of motor transportation transportations – the program approved by competent authority providing necessary routes and flights, traffic schedules, initial/final Items of routes, bus stations, public stops, the servicing mode, category of comfort and the minimum landing capacity of the bus for the purpose of implementation of motor transportation transportations of passengers along regular routes and also containing information on the motor transportation operators having permission to servicing of routes/flights including effective period of these permissions;";

exclude the concept "the single computerized program";

after the concept "program of motor transportation transportations" to add Article with the following concept:

"the servicing mode – the information containing in the program of motor transportation transportations and in the traffic schedule attached to permission to motor transportation transportations, and specifying periods/days of servicing of flight;";

" to state the concept "information system " e-Autorizatie transport" of the following edition:

"information system "e-Autorizatie transport" – the information system allowing to request permissions to implementation of motor transportation transportations, to distribute and issue them, and also to process data and to generate reports;";

add the concept "motor transportation transportation in the local message" with the words "or within associations of intercommunitarian development which members have the adjoining territories;";

exclude the concept "motor transportation transportation of sending".

4. In Article 6:

part (to add 2) with Item-1) from the following content:

"-1) about observance of the regulatory base in the field of work, safety and labor safety;";

part (to state 5) in the following edition:

"(5) Annually till March 31 the order of the head of the central industry body creates the Advisory board in the field of motor transportation transportations which part about one delegated representative from each representative profile professional association, each representative foster organization and each representative trade-union organization in the field of motor transportation transportations and the activities accompanying motor transportation transportations, on one representative from each representative merging of bodies of local public authority, one employee of the central industry body and one from the National agency of road transport is. 5. In Article 7:
