About introduction of amendments to the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Single Article. - In the Law on the inventory of real estate No. 1543/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 88-95, 79), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 29 to state 4) in the following edition:
"(4) If the document submitted by the applicant consists of two or more sheets, they shall be either are numbered and stitched, or are fastened, or are stitched so that to provide integrity of the document. The exception is constituted by the documents of bodies of the public power sent with the cover letter.".
2. Part (Article 32 to add 3) with the following offer: "In case of the supporting documents issued by authorities of foreign state for the purpose of establishment of contents of the foreign law the registrar through the Ministry of Justice can send request about provision of information on contents of the foreign law or, on circumstances, the applicant represents the conclusion of the foreign notary, lawyer or diplomatic representation accredited in the territory of the Republic of Moldova.".
3. In part (5) Article 35 of the word "the central administrative authority in the field of the inventory of real estate." to replace with the word "Government".
4. In part (4) Article 39 of the word "in the statement from the Register of peasant farms issued by body of local public authority", shall be replaced with words "in the statement from the State register of peasant farms,".
5. In Article 40-3:
