About recognition No. 220 which voided the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of April 23, 2009

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2020 No. 507, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of April 23, 2009 No. 220 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of approval for issue of licenses for implementation of export transactions of crude oil of the Ukrainian origin and gas of the natural Ukrainian origin in gaseous state under the external economic contracts (agreements)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 20, 2009 at No. 439/16455.

2. To provide to management of oil and gas complex and market development of oil, natural gas and oil products submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of KOLESNIKA Nikolay.
