About modification of the Regulations on Security Council of the Russian Federation and Regulations on the office of Security Council of the Russian Federation, approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 7, 2020 No. 175

Bring in Regulations on Security Council of the Russian Federation and the Regulations on the office of Security Council of the Russian Federation approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 7, 2020 No. 175 "About some questions of Security Council of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 10, Art. 1323; 2021, No. 1, Art. 84), following changes:
a) in Item 17 of the Regulations on Security Council of the Russian Federation:
in paragraph one of the word "office of the Security Council" shall be replaced with words "the office of Security Council of the Russian Federation (further - the office of the Security Council)";
add with the paragraph of the following content:
"Information and technical maintenance of holding meetings and operational meetings of the Security Council performs the Situational center of Security Council of the Russian Federation.";
b) in Regulations on the office of Security Council of the Russian Federation:
add item 4 with the subitem "x" of the following content:
"x) organization of activities of the Situational center of Security Council of the Russian Federation.";
add Item 11 with the subitem "z" of the following content:
"h) approves regulations on the Situational center of Security Council of the Russian Federation.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
