I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 2022 No. 293 "About approval of Rules and conditions of the conclusion, and also the bases for change and agreement cancelation about industrial assembly of agricultural machinery with legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its standard form" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 28261) the following changes:
in Rules and conclusion conditions, and also the bases for change and agreement cancelation about industrial assembly of agricultural machinery with legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its standard form approved by the specified order:
5) of Item 5 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) in case of production of tractors and combines the investment contract signed with authorized body on investments, except for the producers performing activities in the territory of special economic zone.";
state Item 13-1 in the following edition:
"13-1. In case of the conclusion of supplementary agreements to earlier signed agreements on industrial assembly requirements of Items 5-11 of these rules, except for the subitem 5) of Item 5 of these rules extend.".
2. Procedure to provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
