According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Kazvodkhoz of Committee of water economy of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company) by accession to it of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "the Nurinsky group water supply system" of Committee of water economy of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Determine:
1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company Committee of water economy of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the main objects of activity of the company content, operation, and also safety of the water management systems and constructions which are in state-owned property, supply of irrigation and drinking water.
3. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 863 "Some questions of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
2) of Item 3 to exclude the subitem;
in Regulations on the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry and its department:
2) of Item 2 to exclude the subitem.
