About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Chapter 12.2 of the following content:
"CHAPTER 12.2
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENCES IN THE FIELD OF TOURISM
Article 171.12. Violation of requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About tourism".
1. Provision of tourist packet or provision of tourist services without agreement of tourist packet or without inclusion in the agreement of tourist packet of obligatory data, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Armenia:
attracts imposing of penalty in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Acceptance of suppliers of tourist services of changes by Association in the charter without approval of Committee on tourism of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Armenia:
attracts imposing of penalty in five hundredfold size established minimum
salary.
3. Not establishment by the supplier of hotel services of the internal regulations ensuring safety of the consumer and his property, either non-compliance with its requirements, or failure to carry out of the minimum requirements established by the state authorized body of these regulations or non-compliance to collect information determined by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About tourism":
attracts imposing of penalty in hundredfold size from the established minimum wage.
4. Not placement by person rendering hotel services on object of hotel economy, information established by the law of the Republic of Armenia "About tourism" in the part seen for consumers or not placement of information according to the established form:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of the twentyfold established minimum wage.
