About modification and amendments in the Law "About Probation"

Article 1. Exclude from part 1 of article 1 of the Law of May 17, 2016, ZR-48 "About probation" (further - the Law), words", and also activities of Public service of probation (further - service of probation)".

Article 2. Add Chapter 1 of the Law with Article 1.1 of the following content:

Article 3. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law to replace the word "Civil" with the word "Probation".

Article 4. In item 4 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law to replace the word "civil" with the word "public" and to exclude the words "provided by the nomenclature of positions" from the same Item.

Article 5. In article 4 of the Law:

Heading to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 4. Probation purposes".

2) to recognize part 2 invalid.

Article 6. In Chapter 15 of the Law:

1) the word "SERVICE" in the name shall be replaced with words "VOLONTERSLUZhBY";

2) Article 52-56 to recognize invalid.

Article 7. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
