Bring in the order of the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 2022 No. 297 "About approval of the Technique of efficiency evaluation of implementation of measures of the state stimulation of the industry" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 28262) the following changes and amendments:
in the Technique of efficiency evaluation of implementation of measures of the state stimulation of the industry, approved by the specified order:
in Chapter 1:
3) of Item 3 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"authorized body in the field of the state stimulation of the industry – the central executive body performing management in the field of the industry and also in limits, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan, cross-industry coordination and participation in realization of the state stimulation of the industry;";
in Chapter 3:
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. For each measure of the state stimulation of the industry the following criteria are determined:
1) financing, including joint financing of industrial and innovative projects:
increase in reporting year of the average salary of production personnel is at least designated growth of the average monthly salary of one worker, according to the forecast of social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
increase in amount of the sold products in kind following the results of the third accounting year, and in subsequent on annual basis according to financial and economic model of the project/organization in case of approval of the project to financing;
2) lease financing:
