About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2023 and planning period of 2024-2025"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2023 and planning period of 2024-2025" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of January 20, 2023 No. 4) the following changes:

c) regarding the 5th figure" to replace "800000," with figures of "695000,0";

Part 2 of Article 6 to state 3) in the following edition:

"2. Reduction of the amounts provided on the protected Articles in connection with formation of vacancies in budgetary institutions, acceptance of the regulatory legal acts which entailed change of their number of staff is allowed.";

4) in Article 11:

a) state parts 6 and 7 in the following edition:

"6. Provide in the republican budget for 2023 of means to local budgets in the form of target transfers in the amount 2443443, one thousand som in connection with assignment of 100 percent of the single tax on simplified taxation system in the republican budget according to appendix 12.

7. Provide in the republican budget for 2023 of means to the local budget of the city of Bishkek in the form of target transfers in the amount 1000000, 0 thousand som on covering of part of expenses on the salary fund of educational institutions of the city of Bishkek before transition them on complete financing from the republican budget.";

b) recognize part 8 invalid;
