Article 1. Bring in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 4, Art. 5; 2011, No. 12, Art. 840; 2012, No. 7, Art. 719; 2013, No. 3, Art. 180; 2015, No. 11, Art. 954; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 277; 2018, No. 1, Art. 7, No. 7-8, Art. 523; 2019, No. 1, Art. 7; 2020, Art. No. 4-5, 235, No. 12, Art. 905; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 23, 2021, No. 1818), the following changes and amendments:

1. Article 123 (to add 2) with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
