About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 991

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of rail transport approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 991 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of rail transport" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, the Art. 5379).

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) in the field of rail transport

1. In the subitem "g" of Item 3 of the word "Article 4" shall be replaced with words "Sections V, VIII".

2. Add with item 4 (1) the following content:

"4(1). The officials authorized on decision making about holding control (supervising) actions are:

a) head (deputy manager) of monitoring body;

b) head (deputy manager) of territorial authority of monitoring body (chief (deputy chief) of territorial administration).".

3. State Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. Objects of the state control (supervision) (further - object of control) are:

a) within Item 1 of part 1 of article 16 of the Federal Law on the state control (supervision):

activities of the organizations licensees performing activities for transportations by railway transport of passengers, activities for transportations by railway transport of dangerous goods, handling activities in relation to dangerous goods;

organization activity and the individual entrepreneurs performing:

activities for transportation of goods, baggage, cargo baggage by rail;

handling activities on rail transport;
