About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating activities of specialized state higher educational institutions
For the purpose of determination of procedure for appointment of the head of specialized higher educational institution of authorized state body in the field of ensuring national security, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the educational organizations of the higher and secondary professional education of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 3, 2004 No. 53 the following changes:
in the Regulations on the educational organization of higher education of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 1.9:
the paragraph the fourth after words of "internal affairs" to add with words ", ensuring national security";
add with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
"Position assignment of the head of specialized higher educational institution of authorized state body in the field of ensuring national security is performed without approval of authorized state body in the field of science and education.".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for appointment, dismissal and certification of heads of the state higher educational institutions" of July 29, 2022 No. 418 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for appointment, dismissal and certification of heads of the state higher educational institutions approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 6 with the paragraph of the following content:
