Article 1. In article 154 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the code):
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "from five hundredfold to thousandfold" "from seven hundred-fiftyfold to thousand-five hundredfold";
Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 3 words "from thousand-five hundredfold to two-thousandfold" "from two-thousandfold to two-thousand-five hundredfold";
"Two-thousandfold to two-thousand-five hundredfold" shall be replaced with words 3) regarding 4 words "from two-thousand-five hundredfold to three-thousandfold".
Article 2. To state article 154.1 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 154.1. Non-realization of building in the terms established by town-planning regulations for holding the relevant town-planning activities
Non-realization in the terms established by town-planning regulations for holding the relevant town-planning activities, building construction, reconstruction and (or) demolition
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of three percent from the estimated cost of construction (and in the absence of the estimate documents expenses calculated according to the increased cost indexes of types of construction works established by authorized body of public administration in the field of town planning).
2. After imposing of the penalty established by part of 1 this Article during new fixed term construction in progress:
