About entering of amendment and changes into the Law "About Precious Metals"

Article 1. Article 3 of the Law of May 23, 2006, ZR-83 "About precious metals" (further - the Law) after words "code" to add with words "the law "About Management of State-owned Property",".
Article 2. Article 17-19 of the Law to recognize invalid.
Article 3. In article 20 of the Law:
1) in part 1 to exclude the words "is component of the state reserve which";

Article 5. The subordinate regulatory legal acts providing application of the changes provided by this law are accepted within three months after the introduction of this law in force.
Article 6. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
