About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. Add the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 with Articles 87.4-87.6 of the following content:
"Article 87.4. Non-compliance in accordance with the established procedure control of leakages of regulated materials

1. Non-presentation in accordance with the established procedure and at the scheduled time of information on monitoring of leakages of regulated materials in electronic form in authorized state body:
attracts imposing of penalty on individual entrepreneurs in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage, and on officials - in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. The same violation which was made repeatedly within year after application of measures of administrative punishment:
attracts imposing of penalty on individual entrepreneurs in eightyfold size of the established minimum wage, and on officials - in two hundred-fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
Article 87.6. Not elimination of leakages of regulated substances within 14 days after detection
1. Within 14 days after detection of leakages of regulated materials if they are not eliminated or eliminated after fixed term:
attracts imposing of penalty on individual entrepreneurs in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage, and on officials - in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
