About modification of the Regulations on procedure by authorized institutions of the analysis and verifications of documents (information) on currency transactions
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About currency and currency transactions", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure by authorized institutions of the analysis and verification of documents (information) on currency transactions the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Column 3 of line 8 of the table of appendix to the Regulations on procedure by authorized institutions of the analysis and verification of documents (information) on currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 2, 2019 No. 8 (with changes) to state in the following edition:
"The currency transactions for the purpose of implementation of calculations (advance payment) connected with the available risks of failure to carry out by the nonresident partner of obligations on delivery of goods under the external economic agreement in the presence of one or several such signs:
availability of information on exceeding of deadlines of the calculations for transactions on export and commodity import established by National Bank or the terms extended according to the conclusion of the central executive body providing forming and realizing state policy in the field of economic development (further - deadlines of calculations), under the external economic agreements signed by clients of bank with this nonresident partner;
