Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 No. 90-Z "About consumer protection" the following changes:
1. In Item 2 of Article 2 of the word to "regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words to "other legal acts".
2. In Article 3:
in Item 1 of the word "other legislation" shall be replaced with words "other acts of the legislation";
in Item 2 of the word "The constitution of the Republic of Belarus or regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "legal acts";
in Item 3 of the word "regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "other legal acts".
3. To state Item 2 of Article 8 in the following edition:
"2. If the type (types) of the activities performed by the manufacturer (the contractor, the seller) is subject to licensing, information on license number and the licensing body shall be provided to the consumer.".
4. In item 4 of Article 17, 20, Item 6 of Article 21 of the word of "economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" to replace parts one of Item 6 of Article with the word "bankruptcies".
5. In Item 1 of Article 42:
"state" to exclude the word from subitem 1.1-1;
to add subitem 1.6 after the word "issued" with the word "licenses".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2007 No. 225-Z "About advertizing" the following changes:
