About entering of amendments into the Law "About National Pensions"

Article 1. In article 29 of the Law ZR-243-N of December 22, 2010 "About national pensions":
1) Part 4 after the words "performed works " to add with words " (except for voluntary accomplishment according to the procedure, established by the law "About Voluntary")";
To add 2) with part 4.2 following of content:
"4.2. According to the Law "About Voluntary" the period of voluntary is not set off in length of service irrespective of the income acquisition fact (compensations of the cash or property means or additional expenses connected with voluntary activities or the expense recoveries suffered in case of voluntary out of the residence (the city or the village)) or payments of the income tax.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after three months from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
