About entering of amendment into the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 2 of article 64 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia of October 4, 2016 with Item 58 of the following content:
"58) import and (or) alienation of the vehicles with the electric motor classified by codes 8702 40 000, by 8703 80 000 and 8711 60 CN FEA EEU is performed From January 1, 2024 to January 1, 2026".
Article 2. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2024 and is effective till January 1, 2026.
