About modification and amendments in the Law "About Military Service and the Status of the Serviceman"

Article 1. In article 70 of the Law of November 15, 2017 ZR-195: "About military service and the status of the serviceman"
1) regarding 4 words "Fighting Cross" shall be replaced with words "the presidential decree of the Republic of Armenia "Fighting cross"";
To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. Provisions of parts 2 and 3 of this Article extend also to the military personnel serving in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh, members of families of the died (died) military personnel according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
To add 3) In part 5 after the words "it is received and" with words "the presidential decree of the Republic of Armenia";
4) in part 8 of the word "2 and 3" shall be replaced with words "2, 3 and 3.1";
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
