About modification and amendments in the Law "About National Pensions"

Article 1. In paragraph one of part 1 of article 7 of the Law of December 22, 2010, ZR-243 "About national pensions" (further - the Law) the words "or stateless person" shall be replaced with words ", the stateless person or person having the status of the refugee".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 17 of the Law:
1) in Item 1 after words of "rescue service of Armenia" to add with words ", defenses of Nagorno-Karabakh, police, rescue service, Service of homeland security";
To add 2) in Item 3 after the words "contractor" with words ", the Criminal and executive employee of Nagorno-Karabakh and the forced contractor of court resolutions".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 29 of the law with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) the periods of labor and other activity, military service in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh specified in Items 1-4 of this part, according to the procedure, established by the Government.".
Article 4. In subitems "zh", "d", "z" of Item 2 of part 1 of article 31 of the Law of the word "the legislation of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "Government".
Article 5. In part 6 of article 32 of the law after the words "including" to add with the words "the working life acquired in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh and also".
Article 6. Add article 33 of the Law with part 9.2 following of content:
"9.2. Features of procedure for the address of person having the status of the refugee for award of pension, purposes (recalculation) of pension, change of type of pension, pension payment and conducting pension case (documents) are established by the Government.".
