About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. State part 2 of article 90 of the Law of May 7, 2002, ZR-337 "About local self-government", in the following edition:
"2. The reserve fund of administrative part of the communal budget can be provided in the amount of 5 to 30 percent of the income of administrative part of the communal budget.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication.
