3) in Article 11:

b) parts 2 - 4 to state in the following edition:

"2. In case of rendering the services specified in the subitem "g" of Item 3 of part 2 of article 8 of this Federal Law, customs payment concerning the goods (except for excise goods) imported by project participants for implementation of research activities and commercialization of its results is performed by managing company from name and according to orders of such project participants.
