In paragraph nine of Article 3 of the word of "public organizations (associations)" shall be replaced with words 1) "public associations and other non-state non-profit organizations";

In paragraph three of Item 1 of Article 9 of the word of "public environmental organizations (associations) and movements" shall be replaced with words 2) "public associations and other non-state non-profit organizations";
