"Article 2.3. Veterinary rules of the organization of work on execution of veterinary accompanying documents
Veterinary rules of the organization of work on execution of veterinary accompanying documents are developed for the purpose of ensuring veterinary and sanitary safety of controlled goods, confirmation of wellbeing on infectious diseases of the animal territories and production sites of controlled goods, including diseases, general for the person and animals, and ensuring traceability of controlled goods in case of their production, movement (transportation) and transition of the property right to them and establishes forms and procedure for execution of veterinary accompanying documents, except for forms and the procedure for registration established according to international treaties of the Russian Federation.";
