About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Anti-corruption Committee"

Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 15 of the Law "About Anti-corruption Committee" of March 24, 2021, ZR-147 (further - the Law), after words "government" to add with words "(except for parts 12 and 12.1 of article 16 of this Law)".
Article 2. In article 16 of the Law:
To add 1) in parts 8 and 9 after the words "professional working life" with words "(except for parts 12 and 12.1 of article 16 of this Law)";
To add 2) with part 12.1 following of content:
"12.1. The procedure for carrying out tender and condition (requirement) provided by part 3 Articles 15, parts 8 and 9 of article 16 of this law are established by the chairman of anti-corruption committee for positions of the division performing operational search functions for which special professional knowledge and skills in the field of information technologies or the economies established by the passport of position or in other areas caused by the functions established by the passport of position are required.".
Shall be replaced with words 3) in part 13 of the word "within one month" "within three months".
Article 3. In article 17 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in part 5 of the word "within one month" "within three months";
2) in part 7 after the words "three options" to add with the words "tickets for oral check", and words of "condition of conducting testing" in the same part shall be replaced with words "conditions of conducting testing and oral check";
To add 3) in part 8 after words of "the test questionnaire" with the words "and oral check";
