According to Item 9 parts one of Article 6, of article 64 of the Air code of Ukraine, the paragraph of third Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of March 21, 2023 No. 3007-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning development of aircraft of general purpose, adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law in the field of civil aviation, establishment of additional mechanisms of implementation of effective control behind safety of aircraft and deregulation of economic activity in the field of civil aviation", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Public air service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 08, 2014 No. 520, ORDER:
1. Make changes to Aviation rules of Ukraine the "Technical requirements and ministerial procedures for certification of airfields" approved by the order of the Public air service of Ukraine of November 6, 2017 No. 849, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 28, 2017 at No. 1574/31442, having stated Item 3 of the Section and in the following edition:
"3. The authorized body performs accounting of the civil airfields which received the certificate according to requirements of these Aviation rules.
Accounting is performed electronically by forming of the list of civil airfields with indication of:
name of airfield and its location;
ISAO code;
operator of airfield;
data on the certificate of airfield (number/date issue/audit/information on suspension, renewal of action or cancellation) and certified conditions (number/date issue/audit);
code of airfield;
