About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add article 137.8 of the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 with parts 11-13 of the following content:
"11. Non-presentation by the organization performing interstate cargo transportation, information on the manager on transportations provided by quality charter including about its change and about financial condition of the organization at the scheduled time in authorized body:
attracts imposing of penalty in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
12. Violation of the requirements established for the transportations manager, provided by the charter of quality of the international motor transportations of loads, the organizations performing interstate cargo transportation (except for non-commercial transportations) in state members of the European conference of Ministers of Transport (TNEK) on the cargo vehicles exceeding allowable maximum weight in ton 3,5:
attracts imposing of penalty in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
13. Violation of the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia concerning transport activities:
attracts imposing of penalty on the organization in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage, and on the transportations manager - in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication.
