About introduction of amendments to the Law on private detective and security activities No. 283/2003
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on private detective and security activities No. 283/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 200-203, 769), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Item e) Article 18-1 to state in the following edition:
"e) has no criminal record;".
2. Item a) parts (Article 20 to state 1) in the following edition:
"a) criminal record availability;".
3. In part (3) Article 22 of the word "not having criminal records for making of intentional crime." shall be replaced with words "not having criminal records.".
4. In Item c) parts (1) Article 22-1:
exclude the sixth paragraph;
add Item with the following paragraph:
"-not having criminal record;".
5. In Article 27-3:
Item d) to declare invalid;
add Article with Item f) the following content:
"f) having criminal record.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
