About introduction of amendments to the Law on government assistance No. 139/2012

This law shifts parts (2) and (3) Article 4 of Regulations of the Commission (EU) No. 794/2004 of the April 21, 2004 implementing Regulations of Council (EU) No. 659/1999, establishing rules of application of article 93 of the Agreement on the EU published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 140 of April 30, 2004 with the last amendment made by Regulations of the Commission (EU) 2016/2105 of December 1, 2016 shifts part (4) Article 4 and Article 10 of Regulations of Council (EU) 2015/1589 of the July 13, 2015 establishing rules of application of article 108 of the Agreement on functioning of the European Union published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 248 of September 24, 2015 is shifted by the subitem (18) Item 4.1 and the subitem (14) Item 3.1 of the Communique of the Commission of C (2003) 4582 of December 1, 2003 about professional secrecy in case of decision making in the field of provision of government assistance (2003/C 297/03), the European Union published in the Official magazine C 297 of December 9, 2003, and subitems (4) and (7) Item 2.2 of the Communique of the Commission of C (2021) 2594 "Management on regional government assistance".
Art. I. - In the Law on government assistance No. 139/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 166-169a, Art. 565), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
