About introduction of amendments to article 256 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in article 256 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 3; 2006, No. 27, Art. 2878; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4217) following changes:

The word "state" to replace 1) in part one with the word to "obligatory";

Part third to state 2) in the following edition:

"The right to benefit on compulsory social insurance remains if the woman or persons specified in part two of this Article come to work (including on the terms of part-time, work at home or remote work) from child care leave before achievement of age by it one and a half years or during the specified leave work for other employer.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
