About recognition No. 246 which voided the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of July 06, 2016

According to the subitem 122 of item 4 and Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of July 06, 2016 No. 246 "About approval of the Regulations on the Commission on questions of subsurface use", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 20, 2016 at No. 991/29121.

2. To provide to management of circular economy and subsurface use (Yuli RADCHENKO) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Evgeny FEDORENKO.
