About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

1. In Rules of the organization and carrying out technical inspection of the buses approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 23, 2020 No. 741 "About approval of Rules of the organization and carrying out technical inspection of buses" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 22, the Art. 3508):
a) add with Item 7 (1) the following content:
"7(1). In case of impossibility of representation for carrying out technical inspection of the bus included in the schedule its replacement by other bus based on the request submitted by its owner is allowed.";
b) Item 8:
add with words ", except as specified, stipulated in Item 7(1) these rules and the paragraph the second this Item";
add with the paragraph of the following content:
"Carrying out repeated technical inspection of the bus can be performed earlier than in 5 working days from the date of receipt to the operator of technical inspection of the request, including in day of its giving by the applicant, on condition of availability in graphics of free time for passing of technical inspection to the desirable date specified in the request.";
c) the paragraph one of Item 12 to state in the following edition:
"12. During technical inspection of buses the authorized employee participating in carrying out technical inspection checks with obligatory application of the video performed by the digital equipment (including wearable video recorders, video cameras, cameras with function of video):".
