state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules of support of agro-industrial complex with participation of the specialized organizations (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 8) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of development of agro-industrial complex and the rural territories" and determine procedure for support of agro-industrial complex with participation of the specialized organizations, such as:
1) Kazagrofinance joint-stock company;
2) Agrarian Credit Corporation joint-stock company;
3) non-commercial joint-stock company "National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center";
4) Food Contractual Corporation National Company (Further — Prodkorporation). joint-stock company;
