Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of state registration of the gene engineering modified organisms intended for release to the environment, and also the products received using such organisms or containing such organisms, including the specified products imported on the territory of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 18, 2023 No. 35 "About procedure for state registration of the gene engineering modified organisms intended for release to the environment, and also products, received using such organisms or containing such organisms, including specified products, imported on the territory of the Russian Federation, and recognition voided some acts and separate provisions of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 4, the Art. 654).

State registration of the products received using the modified organisms or containing such organisms, which are medicines for veterinary application or the feed additives received using the modified organisms or containing such organisms is performed according to the procedure, established respectively by the Federal Law "About Drug Circulation" and the Law of the Russian Federation "About veterinary science".".
