1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of organization of events according to the prevention and liquidation of oil spills and oil products in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for of internal sea waters of the Russian Federation and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2451 "About approval of Rules of organization of events according to the prevention and liquidation of oil spills and oil products in the territory of the Russian Federation, except for internal sea waters of the Russian Federation and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, and also about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 3, the Art. 583).
2. Determine that this resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024.

1. State Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. For the purpose of accomplishment of these rules the operating organization shall:
a) according to the paragraph of Item 6 of article 46 of the Federal law "About Environmental Protection" to send third to Federal Nature Management Supervision Service the plan of the prevention and liquidation of oil spills and oil products developed according to requirements of the Section III of these rules.
